The lot has high bank water front access. The lot is 3.68 acres and is located at the northern end of the Bareland Strat with one side bordering Crown Land.
The property is accessible by personal boat. Heriot Bay's public dock located on Quadra Island is the closest public dock to the property. Heriot Bay is located approximately 8.3 km/5.1 miles from the strata dock. Heriot Bay to Quathiaski Cove & Campbell River ferry is approximately a 10 minutes drive. Ferry service is available every half hour between Quathiaski Cove, Quadra Island and Campbell River, Vancouver Island.
